Progress at the Electron Workshop… Cutting out the slab in order to jack hammer – We’ll then apply a leveling compound. As the warehouse was originally an auto garage, the floor has both a work pit, and drainage areas – As an office, these features are not particularly useful… So level we must!

4000 PSI
We started out stripping the walls with a petrol powered 4000psi pressure washer – Slow, and wet. We switched to sandblasting…
